All of Melindesign’s employees are under the same agreement. Melindesign understands the value of an idea, and how crucial it is to the health and prosperity of a company. We also understand what it takes to earn the complete trust of our customers, and have been building that trust since our inception. Just as we sign our customers’ Non-Disclosure Agreements, everyone who comes to Melindesign is required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. This includes employees, customers, contractors and temporary personnel. They are legally bound to keep not only our company’s secrets, but also our customers’ secrets.
We charge per piece. We will be happy to make samples for you so that you can see our work and so that we can determine the price per piece. We will do this for free, except for metal work and complex pieces. Send us the sample, the materials (chains, jump rings, stones, wire, baggies, extras in case of wonky stones or head pins) to assemble the pieces, directions, pictures or videos if needed and a return shipping label. Payment for completed orders are due upon receipt after your thorough examination of the finished pieces and you are 100% satisfied. Payment is by check.
Turnaround times for completion of a project will depend on the complexity of the pieces and quantities. That will be determined after sample pieces have been made to calculate lead times. Most large retail orders (1000 pieces or more) will take 8 to 12 weeks. Please consider the ordering of supplies to factor into lead times. Shipment of supplies may be made directly to our studio, so that you do not need to incur double shipping charges.
We ship UPS or USPS. You can either provide us with your account information to ship from your account or we can bill you accordingly. There is a handling charge for packing and boxing products. All work is done with in the United States. Please inquire for overseas shipping.
